2006 Suzuki Boulevard C50 has started running 'rough' suddenly (in November). When started everything is fine, but after the engine warms up, it dies. As long as you keep pressure on the throttle, the engine will run, but you let off and let the engine drop down to idle speed and it chokes out and dies.

Even though you probably don't have that many miles on the bike, or if you do have a lot riding time on it, it sounds to me like you need a valve adjustment. That's a high reving bike for that engine that works pretty hard so you might have 1 - 3 loose valves.
Also , do a regular carb check... it could be that the mixture of air/gas inside the carbs isnt precise... as stated above this is a hard working engine, so the slightest adjustment "out of place" could be the culprit. if you dont know much about carbs... just take it to the nearest suzuki mechanic to get the carbs precision adjusted. go from there... it could be something simple as well i.e. a trottle stop screw may have backed out just enough to let your engine come to an idle speed that is simply too low to keep on.. when you find the problem, you should be able to warm up the motorcycle properly... (just cranking the engine without even touching the throttle and letting it idle a few minutes)
