Well, let's look at it this way. The bike is six years old so that's 10,000km's a year. Here in the states, that would be 6,200 miles per year which is considered high mileage on a motorcycle here. Most riders here are recreational riders rather than transportation riders and their mileages usually is about 2,500 miles per year.

More importantly than the total number of miles on the machine is the quality of the upkeep on the bike. Has the oil been changed on a regular basis and has the little things that go wrong with a daily ridden bike been repaired. I've seen bike with that much mileage on them in great shape but bikes with much less mileage in terrible shape.

Next, it the bike appropiately priced having that much mileage on it? You should be able to go to a bank and find out what the value of the bike is. Make sure you ask them about the mileage factor.

Good Luck and Ride Carefully

I just replaced headgasskets on my 2003

Well hopefully you didnt tear it down any further than the head. If you removed the push rods and placed them out of original wear order that would be a deal. But you use feeler gauge to adjust the them. The gauge specs should be easy enough to find online.

Shakes at 80kph

well could be wheel balancing, rotors could be bending as some of the less better made do. check the tir rod ends, jack up the front of the car and see if you can move the wheel left and right and feel for play. they`re easy to change. make sure you calipers are tight also.

While driving at 120km the suv vibrates badly

this could be ALOT of different things! inner or outter tie rods(front of vehicle), bad tires, ball joints(front of vehicle).
Your best bet would be to have it looked at, from a shop or possibly a mechanic buddy!
Good luck

My yamaha 125z was in a bad condition...the engine making a weird noise...

sounds like it needs a top end job, check the compression with a compresion tester ( auto zone $30.00) could be rod bearing or piston bearing going bad( they get slack and start slaping around inside the engine) i would not ride untill you fix if the rod comes apart it will ruin alot of parts.

A noise coming from front end of my saturn is it my tie rods

The noise you hear could be the tie rod ends or several other front end items. Can you jack up the front end? If so then turn the wheels from side to side with your hands griping the wheel at the 9 and 3 oclock positions. if you feel freeplay or looseness you have to reach arround and place your hand on the outter tie rod end and see if the play is there or the inner tie rod end at the rack. I worked for saturn for a few yaears and we had ALOT of front struts that made a clunking sound over bumps. Don't forget the lower ball joints could be bad also. Check these by placing your hand on the bottom of the wheel and pushing and pulling on the wheel with it off the ground while checking the tie rod ends. Good Luck, Scott

2003 Subaru Legacy Outback: Driver's door lock brocken, tab feels

alot of times a lock smith has "slim jimmed" the car before and that subsequently can break clips or knock off lock rods to the latch. not too hard to fix if you can get the door open in order to remove inner door panel accessing that latch and rods...if the door wont open i have used a very long ,slendy screwdriver and poked down the window opening to mannually open the door latch ...it takes a little time and some gentle poking to hit the lever on that door latch
