Hi and welcome to FixYa,
A most likely possibility is the main fuse located inside the starter relay. To locate the starter relay, follow the cable from the battery's + terminal; it would end up in 1 of the 2 erminals of the starter relay. Beneath the rubber cap would be the main fuse.
Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.
Appreciate your postback and additional information.
Based on these, suggested course of action:externally charge the battery and have it load tested;
if the fuses checks good, check/clean the fuse holder snaps themselves;
check / clean power terminals, connectors. Some connectors develop corrosion that checks good but fails when in use/loaded;
trace absence/presence of +12 from battery's + terminal using a testlight (rather than a voltmeter);
check ground, both to frame/body and engine.
