What type of spark plugs did you install (NGK or DENSO)? Did you check the gap and/or gap them to 0.036? There are other possibilities. Do you own a multimeter? You may want to pull them and check the resistance. Maybe a coil wire is not seated or the coil and/or coil wire needs service or repair from being handled. Maybe it is a coincidence and there is another problem. If the ignition system checks out then move to fuel and air. Any questions please let me know. Good luck.

Fuel coming bottom exhaust pipe

Check you fuel pipes in between the V. Your bike wouldn't run at all if there was that much fuel going through the exhaust pipe( not for very long anyway!)
