Mega Bloks don't list it under that exact name and there should be a model number - either 96867 or 96806. Please check this, then download whichever instructions are correct - I think the first link should be the one you need.

The instructions will open in a new browser window, or you can download direct to your PC by clicking on a link with your right mouse button and choosing "Save Target As..." from the popup menu. The files are about 5mb each, so may take a couple of minutes to download depending on your internet speed. These are PDF files, so you will need to have Adobe Reader or some other PDF file reader installed on your PC to open the file. If you don't have this, you can download Adobe Reader from here:
