It's one of the few that has a diagram.
Not sure what you mean by anti-rattle? The springs are for the pressure plate, and allow the clutch to grab, so you can go.

2006 yz 125 with heavy clutch . I have oiled the cable but no difference . Would it have stiffer springs in the clutch , and how would I check this

Its possible that you have an aftermarket clutch and springs in it. The best way to know for sure,is to pull the clutch cover off the bike, and pull the springs and measure the height and spring tension.Be sure to tap the clutch cover with a plastic mallet SOFTLY and rotate the cover while pushing down before removing it.this keeps the rubber o-ring from popping out,...which is a PAIN to get back in if it slips out.
Good Luck!

What is the best way to replace the clutch in the tdr125

Get the service manual, or the parts diagram from yamaha. Drain oil remove pressure plate bolts four to six w/ springs under them. Lay the plates out exactly the way they came out. Watch for inside friction plate/ some bikes this plate is diff. or has an anti-rattle spring (pay att.) Check metal plates for overheating/bluing, if not warped can be bead blasted to remove color/burnt friction plate material If O.K> then replace friction plates and new springs and go

A rattling noise coming from the engine.

Clutch baskets are a common problem in those bikes.

Yz 125 ratteling sound in clutch or trans.

It could be a lot of things but most likely is the clutch main basket. The sprocket attached to it uses springs to absorb the torque from the crankshaft. Those springs work against aluminum hubs witch can wear off very easy.
