I dont know what all you have tried so far, but check the fuel filter, usally in the tank above petcock. the compression seems fine as you had to bump start it in third gear. you can feel the compression of a bike when pushing it in gear, like a bike with bad compression you could push in first without wheel locking

Timing or valves. It's one or the other. Been through this many times on my crf250r. Actually cased a jump badly and was on the rev limit trying to pull the front up. Slipped the timing chain a tooth. Could not start it by kicking, Had to push it but it didn't run well. Start with the timing. It's easy then timing chain tensioner. Easy also...Then check valve clearance and adjust if necessary. Starts pretty easy when all thats correct.
