Hi,
I'm old school here, but I doubt they changed design of the piston/rod connection. The piston connecting rod pin is an interference fit. It is pressed into the rod. You might could drive it out by hand, but a wrong hit with a hammer could damage a piston real quick. I would get them pressed out and the new ones pressed in. Hope this helps... Good luck!
If you need to replace a rod, generally you have a bearing problem that requires crankshaft removal/replacement as well. If you have a bad wrist-pin on the small end of the rod or the rod bent from hydro-lock and bearings are good, you need to remove the oil pan and the cylinder head as the piston/rod assembly comes out from the top.
If you have a spun bearing or broken rod, the entire engine needs to be removed, completely torn down and all passages flushed...far easier to replace engine with a good used one.
To do either, you will need a manual to guide you through the process (far too long to write out here) Sorry I need to tell you this but that's just the way it is...better you know before even attempting to do the job.
Unfortunately, the bearing you think is crushed is actually worn out. Very likely you will find upon removing others there is brass insert showing through the bearing face material. Even if by magic you could replace the piston/rod assembly from underneath (you can't because you can't remove the crank without removing the engine and even if you could, you would never get the rings into the cylinder bore without breaking them.) The crankshaft is likely badly scored and out of round.(thousandths of an inch are critical measurements there) Any bearing you put on there would last about ten seconds before it failed. Time for an engine or new vehicle...Sorry.

Now, would i be able to remove the piston from under by removing the crankshaft without removing the cylinder head?..it look like the previous owner never did an oil change so that crushed one of the rod bearings and by time it bent the part where the bearings goes. i want to just replace that connecting rod so it will last me until i get me another vehicle.
