The 1995 goldwing is idling between400 to 700

The 1995 goldwing is idling between 400 to 700 rpm on a crankup when hot,but dies when when you come off a high rpm run. The bike has been sitting up a couple of years and we replaced the fuel pump and are on the third tank of gas.

Idle problem integra

check the MAP sensor (manifold absolute pressure). The ECM (car computer) uses that to keep idle at minimum 750 RPM. It's normal for it to run high when cold. These small 4 banger motors typically run hot, and they won't run right IF they're NOT running hot, ergo the idle is usually high when it is cold so as to cause it to warm up quicker. If the RPM's drop below 750, suspect the MAP sensor, &/or ECM.

Idle Speed dies

I have a 1995 Mazada 626 V6 and i had a simular problem. My mechanic couldn't figure it out. My boyfriend did the usual checks also, but 1 thing extra he raised the idle to 1100-1200 rpm's from the 750-1000 it was at...well since then no problem.
good luck

1995 Galant Idels between 1500 and 2000rpm.

hi, i would say the automatic choke spring broke, this is what controls the cars idle at cold and hot engine tempatures. if it's broke it is no longer able to automaticly regulate the rpm's the for making it idle at hi rpm. hope this could help you.

Car dies when in drive

dear friend should your vehicle idle below 1000 RPM it is possible for your vehicle to cut as the idle drops to low, find the compensating valve and your problem is solved.

1995 pontiac bonneville stalls

I just went through lots of troubleshooting and expense on my 1996. Whenever I would lift my foot off the accelerator and was below about 30 mph, the rpm's would starts jumping around and sometimes it would stall. If I gave it a little gas (accelerator), I could sometimes keep it running. It also backfired once in a while. Starts right back up. Also, if I let it idle while in part, it would die after 1-2 minutes.

I ended up finding a hole in the fuel regulator. About a ~$70 part if you get an AC Delco, but very simple to change.
