Im not sure about "bolt straight on" but it should be very close. most times bike models run for years without much major change. You may have to change a few brackets, or do a bit of bending and filing to get it to fit. The 06 ZZR has the twin headlights. I looked at some pictures carefully of the two different models. The frame is the same for both, so there is a good chance it will bolt straight on.
hiya unfortunatly you have to remove the fuel tank, which means removing the plastic infill and quite a few fixings around upper fairing and such. Have fun.
it could rock a little..if you have not pumped the pistons out in the caliper by useing the back brake pedel a few times....if this dont work..is it the pins that go threw the caliper to bolt it on the caliper mount...are they worn??
Mistake #1, never try to jump start a motor bike, you may have blown the on board PC unit, best bet is to take it to good Kawka mechanic and let them fix it, bikes these days are fairly complicated..
