How do i change handlebars on a 2010 Dyna

Unplug the handlebar wires where they connect to the wiring harness. Remove the black electrical connectors at the end of the wires. Pull the wires through the ends of the handlebars. Silicone lubricant sprayed into the bars will make this a bit easier, and you should be able to leave the silver pins on the ends of the wires, saving yourself some work when installing your new bars. Leave the wires connected at the handlebar controls when doing this. Just unscrew the controls from the bars and pull the wires.

Replace battery on my dyna super glide but it won't even act like it is going to start. Everything lights up horn honks but nothing when I hit the starter. Doe it have something to do with the security...

Bypass the starter switch with heavy wire. Go from positive battery terminal to starter post to see if starter is OK, if it is check wiring. Make sure key in ON position to test, bike in Neutral. You'll know right away if starter is OK. More than likely it is the starter switch button on the handlebar. I don't know anything about the security systems, but lets' hope it is not that.

Cannot find Deutsch connectors for handlebar switch harness. Where are the connectors located?

Duetch connectors are the plastic multi wire plugs. All handlebar wiring likely terminates in the headlight housing.

Will the gas tank and wheels and fenders off a 2004 fxd dyna glide fit a 2002 fxd dyna super glide.

I believe they could. Possibly not the fenders, but the tank, that's a probability. Check the mounts, and take some measurements of tank length on the bottom.

Rewireing 93 harley davidson FXLR to 96 Handle bar

On the handlebar switches, Harley hasn't changed the color code scheme very much over the years but you really need a good schematic to know exactly how they are wired up. If you can find either a Harley service manual for a 96 model or a Clymer's manual, it would be helpful. I have a schmatic for a 94 FXDWG that should be alright for your 93 FXR but you need a schmatic for a 96 model bike.

One the earlier models, the handlebar connectors were down under the tank. But, Harley changes electrics every year so you never know. All I can tell you is "follow the wire".
