Question about 2003 Suzuki GSX-R 1000

Engine Stalls when put in Gear, Suzuki GSX-R 1000 K3 (2003)

Bike ran great, but suddenly stalled. Runs fine in Neutral, but as soon as you hit the gear lever it stalls. Checked and bypassed the kickstand and clutch sensor, tip over sensor's fine too. Clutch does not stick and is working properly.
The fuel pump doesn't prime either when put in gear, it only does so in neutral.
It displays No Fault Codes
I haven't got a clue, called several dealers, they don't know the answer either. Help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

If there is a broken wire then the signal from the bypassed side stand switch could still not be getting to ecu to allow the engine to run. To test, bypass neutral switch so neutral light always on (earth it). if this lets it run then get a wiring diagram and find where sidestand switch wiring feeds ecu and try bridge it closer to eliminate wiring problem.

Most of the safety systems use a diode pack in the loom to stop clutch and side stand switch etc from back feeding each other. Maybe this has failed. If not could it be in the loom, a broken or shorted wire. Look for a tight bend in the route the loom runs and external damage to the tape.

See if you can push the bike with it in gear and the clutch lever pulled in. If the clutch is stuck, push start the bike, jump on, get to about 10 mph, pull in the clutch lever and hit the rear brake hard. This will usually break a stuck clutch loose.

I have a 1986 Cavalcade that runs great then without warning stalls out. I think the fuel pump relay is bad. Does anyone know where this relay is located on this bike?? Thanks

Does it stall suddenly...or start sputtering as if its running out of fuel. The fuel pump stopping shouldn't kill the engine suddenly....each carb will empty and you will lose one cylinder, then two etc.
If its dying suddenly I would investigate your sidestand switch....when the bike stalls...do you ever find the starter won't immediately crank?

Car runs fine when cold, when warm it stalls

My first guess is a vacuum leak or maybe a defective IAC. Tests need to be run to narrow the search down.

Clutch engaged engine stalls 2003 Suzuki GSX-R 1000

The bike has a sidestand interlock that prevents you from riding away with the kickstand down. That interlock is not functioning properly. Could have been bent or moved, unplugged, or perhaps the relay has failed. If physically activating the switch does not work, and connecting the wires with a jumper does not work start looking at the turn signal relay, some bikes have that circuit integrated into the relay.
