Water is leaking from the dispenser area as well as the bottom of the freezer door of frigidaire frs20zrg

If you know the manufacturer, you shouldn't have a problem finding contact information on their website.
You can search them out on the internet and try contacting them about the issues you're having. You may be able to fix the issue without having to pay a technician to come out.

White lines equally spaced 1" apart.

This is probably caused by the small signal board. It controls and decodes the picture information before it is sent to the display panel. It can be fixed by a quailified technician and if you contact philips (this is who makes magnavox) they will tell you the closest certified technician. Hope this helps.
