Hi I've got a 2009 Derbi Cross City, it recently had an engine change from a 2014 cross city, since getting the bike back it's really slow, it struggles to get to 45-50mph on the straight. It feels like it's not revving high enough, it responds better if I don't give it full throttle, but only at low speed@
Thanks your response, I'm gonna try and check as many of these things today as possible. I think the seal on the air box is not tight would that cause this problem? Had the carb off and cleaned it all and all seemed fine, also the fuel tank has been repaired with ardalite epoxy glue could this be a problem? I'm loosing my mind trying to get it to have any similar performance to the last engineThanks your response, I'm gonna try and check as many of these things today as possible.
