Hi, I need headset cylinder for my Kymco people 150 where I can get it and for how much?

Hi! I strongly suggest that you put in a genuine kymco crank assembly. Since you made some modifications, a kymco crank may resolve this. Since it's a trial and error thing for a modified scooter, the genuine crank will be close enough on resolving this. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

SOURCE: Kymco agility 50cc ,new stator,carb,coil,,cdi,.new top end kit. Started ran grate 1week.now crank it fast. Wants to start but won't

Check all the bolts, you lost compression.

Kymco Movie 150. It just turns off when I come to a stop, as if I hit the kill switch?
Unlikely to be electrics. More likely fuel delivery. See if the fuel pipe run close to something very hot like the exhaust or the engine cylinder or cylinder head. I have seen airlocks that stop fuel after 10 minutes.

It appears to be a known issue. There are some other ideas.

HI. IT DOSN'T MATTER YOU HAVE TO START STRIPPING IT DOWN BECAUSE WHEN YOU HAVE 2 CYLINDERS THAT ARE AT 70 lbs THEY CAN'T FIRE RIGHT. SO WHEN YOU ARE AT A IDLE THOSE 2 ARE DEAD CYLINDERS UNTIL YOU BRING THE RPM's UP AND THEN THEY WILL FIRE. SO START AT THE TOP OF THE MOTOR AND WORK YOUR WAY DOWN. Broken kick starter gear
No other gear set available to my knowledge. The correct set of gears should be able to handle an extra 50cc. The head gasket and cylinder gasket should also be the same. If they arn't, the larger gaskets would come with the kit.
