SOURCE: How much fork oil do

Should not be more than 300cc (between 275-350cc) depending how hard you want it. Use grade 10 or 15 from Castrol for normal bounce.

Good enough for thumbs up?

SOURCE: where is pgm-fi relay on 2001 honda civiv ex

Honda usually places the relay near the ignition switch.
Look on lower dash under steering wheel or near it for
access panel. Careful not to break cover when you
remove it.

I have 01 honda cbr929 the fi light is on and the red check engine light flashes

FI means a fault in your ignition/fuel injection system, look up fault codes online they will pinpoint the fault for you.http://downloads.hondatech.info/Moto/CBR/CBR929RR.pdf page 125 has list of fault codes . Do you have a Power Commander fitted? these can bring there own problems, try unplugging it all back to standard to see if fault goes away.

Red light on dash next to neutral on and a number f1 is reading 2001 929 rr

do you mean "FI" fuel injection, i think thats what you mean. you should take it to the dealer so they can pull up the codes on the computer.
Or you first try s can of Sea Foam Fuel treatment from Autozone $10, pour in 1/3 can to 2 gallons fuel and ride the bike for about 10 to 15 miles..the injectors might just be dirty.

My FI indicator light stay on on my 2001 honda cbr, what does that mean

It means a fuel system problem. You have to count the blinks and the number will correspond with the code number. You will have to take it to a Honda shop or other cycle shop if you can't count the blinks, or you don't have the code book information.
