SOURCE: 01SUZUKI KATANA GSX 600F Bad Starter/Relay Switch~that is the ?

If there is a clicking noise when you hit the starter button, then the relay should be fine.
If there is no sound, check the fuses before removing the starter.

SOURCE: I just bought a suzuki gsx 600f from 1993. It is to high.

There are lowering kits available for the rear suspension then you need to drop the frt the same amount that you drop the rear, you can drop the frt by loosing the frt triple tree clamps and using a ruler let the forks come up through the same amount that you drop the rear(this will help keep the bike from over steer.

SOURCE: where do i put oil in a 2000 suzuki gsx 600f

Hey pal, do you have a dipstick for checking the oil or a sight glass on the lower part of the engine ? Either one , you have a cap with a raised edge so you can grasp it w/your fingers and unscrew it. If it's too tight i use an adjustable wrench or crescent wrench. This hole is where you pour oil in. Check the sightglass or dipstick before doing so OK?....Good Luck to you !.....Tim

SOURCE: Suzuki gsx 600F won't tick over when hot. Have

I had a similar problem with my Vulcan years ago, it turned out to be the Ignition Wires. Check to see if you get spark while the bike is hot.

Things need to be asked, have you had the valve clearance checked. it could be holding the valves open when the motor is warmed up and not getting the compresstion it needs.

Have a 00 suzuki gsx 600f katana. Can the bike still start even though the starter solenoid is bad?

Yes, the starter solenoid purely uses a small amount of amps, to operate a solenoid switch to draw a lot more amps that the starter needs to turn the engine over. Without a solenoid, arcing in the start button, would burn the contacts out.

THE FLY WHEEL WONT TURN WHEN I TRY TO START THE BIKE IS THE STRARTER CLUTCH BEHIND THE FLY WHEEL WORN. IS IT A BIG JOB TO REMOVE THE FLY WHEEL

It is not a big job if you know what to do and you have a rotor puller. But you may likely cause big $ damage if you don't.
The "starter clutch" is on the end of the starter motor and when activated turns an idler cog, which then turns the clutch starter set. This clutch starter set is behind the magneto rotor (flywheel) and should not be the problem. To remove the rotor you will require an appropriate size rotor puller available from most larger bike accessories stores for under $20, or the Suzuki Special Tool for 10x the price!
Your problem most likely lies with the starter clutch pack itself and is a parts replacement item.
The link below will provide by exploded view, diagrams of the parts you need to check, at least you can have an idea when you talk to your parts dealer. Cheers.
