I need Suzuki 2002 Gsxr 1000 fuel line diagram I installed inline fuel pump
I removed the in tank fuel pump, installed in-line fuel pump on the tank is one fuel outlet i connected to the pump then pump to the inlet for the fuel injectors there are two more connections on the tank. one is connected to the canister the other is a hose just hanging open

a suzuki gsxr motor bike filter is in the fuel tank , remove tank , remove fuel tap and there you have a filter connected to the tap !! DRAIN TANK FIRST !!
Try removing the saddle. There is probably a bolt under the front of the saddle that holds the tank down, once removed the tank should slide backwards and can be lifted off, disconnect the fuel lines too. Drain the tank thought the fuel outlet, although you will not get all the fuel our, even on the 'reserve' setting. push a rag partially into the tank and shake it, this will mop up a lot of the residual fuel, use compressed air to evaporate the remainder. Beware or smokers or open flames, even some distance away under these circumstances.

Actually the ? was about the 1000 not "most sport bikes". The Suzuki gsxr1000 for 2007 is rev limited to 184 mph. U do the math to figure out kph but in the U.S. who cares about the metric numbers.
