Looking at a diagram of one, it would appear that you can replace the wire as it has a plastic fitting on it and is not a "molded fit" and factory sealed. You just unscrew the plastic ferrule/nut and slip this down the plug wire (if any is still attached) and pull or unscrew the plug wire away from the coil. If it just a pull away then you will find a plastic O-ring or olive that gets compressed against the plug wire outer to make the fit tighter. This will need replacing, but you may get away without it.

Replace the spark plug caps and try again. On Honda's the cap is often part of the wire (a dealer part) NGK makes some inexpensive plug caps about $5 each. They should OHM out to 5000 anything above or below and you need to replace them. This should fix the problem.

On this Honda the wires do separate from the coils. The wires with spark plug caps attached are sold separately . They are priced from $35 to $45 each( about $160). You can purchase bulk wire($5-$8 for 6ft Copper plug wire) and NGK spark plug caps ($5 each) and make your own. All materials should be available at your local dealer.

One at a time! Don't take any more than one off, then replace each one with the exact same replacement. Oh and the engine should be cool to the touch.
