I went down 2yrs ago and now I tried starting the bike the engine wont turn over

the bike engine has become cold.ask someone to push from behind while you sit and try kick-starting it.do this for several times.if you have failed and want to end up then go to any mechanic.i think this will work.

2004 Honda CBR 1000 RR - running rough

Have you had the computer control module scanned for fault codes yet? You need to have this done by a dealer. Until you do that you are just guessing, and Honda doesn't sell any parts for less than your arm and my leg. Bottom line scan the system.

Honda cbr 2004 my bikes stalls an wen i come to a complete stop it turns off

To clarify.... Have you had it on a trickle charge? Do you ride it all the time? Alarm? Sounds to me (with out being there) like a common problem....But I would need to hear it. Does it run sluggish just before it stalls or dies? If yes to most or all of those it may be that your battery isnt hold a charge. You have to run your bike at high RPM for it to properly charge. Just starting it in the garage from time to time dosnt really charge the battery. Take it to autozone and get a good charge on it if you havnt already. It take 3 hours to charge that battery fully. Also another 2 things strike me as well. 1.It could be the tilt sensor isnt operating properly. 2. The kick stand sensor or kick stand loose. I would try those first. Let me know.

I have lost a key for a honda cbr 1000 2004. is there any way of over-riding the honda ignition security system so the bike can start. i have also been to a honda dealer and they cant do it but they say...

I would be amaized if there was an easy bypass for this. I would really start looking for that key. The key, barell and ECU are matched. If you lose a key with a HIPS equiped bike you are in or a big bill as all 3 units need replacing. There is a chip in the key which is matched to a coil in the ignition which has a code embeded in the ECU. Good luck.
