These are a nightmare to remove. You will need a long and thin walled socket to reach into the hole. There is very little room between the flats on the plug and the wall of the hole. I am sure it is 5/8" but not absolutely certain as I let the spanner go with the bike when I sold it. The one I had was about 12" long and it only just reached in.
Hope that helps

Where is the oil plug on a 94 Suzuki RF900R

Underneath the engine, you will see a circular machined and finned disk with a nut in the center, that is the oil filter housing the magnetic drain plug is to the side of this filter molding. When you take out the drain plug clean the metal debris off before refitting and use a new copper or fiber washer. Hope this helps good luck.

Under the seat there are two electrical boxes the smaller one closest to the battery has two plugs with wires now my rf900r 1996 suzuki has the plug closest to the battery not connected to any thing is...

I don't know about another electrical box in addition to the CDI, there should only be one, this may be an old alarm disconnected. If you have the older RF to '97 without the rear brake caliper torque arm, i.e. brake located on a lug welded on the inside of the swingarm you can go up to 190 rear. Metzeler racetecs are beautiful.

What is the spec for oil in the front forks on a 2004 suzuki rm 250

If you have the stock valving, I would run 2.5w Motorex in the damper to compensate for the stiff feel stock, and thicker oil in the spring chamber such as Mobil1 5w20 to allow the oil lock ring to do its job on bottom-outs. I'm at 375ml in the spring chamber and I weight 155lb.

Can you put a 750 head on a rf900r?

no not a tall buddy because off the valves and the bore is bigger you can get the heads reskimmed which will make it smaller for more compression
