Bike wont move when in gear

Check your clutch lever throw out clearance it may be too high, or clutches may be worn. Adjust your free play clearance and test again, double check you are not in neutral.

Wont shift while engine is on

First thing to check is that the clutch master and slave cylinders are working normally, does the clutch lever feel normal? If the feel is normal then keep reading, if not fix it first. Has the bike been sitting for a while? If so the clutch is likely stuck. To un stick it with the engine off put the bike in high gear, hold the clutch lever in, and rock the bike forward and back, with any luck after 2 or 3 bumps you will be able to push the bike with the clutch held in. If you are unsuccessful this way you can hold the clutch in, sit on the bike and hold the brake, then bump the starter. Caution if the clutch does not free up the bike will move forward, be ready for it. If neither one of these methods work the only thing left is to disassemble the clutch to free it up.

The clutch wont diengage

Might be time for a Clutch Slave Rebuild.

Has the Bike sat for many months? Sometimes the Clutches stick together because the oil , like, suctioned them together.
You can start the bike, hold in the clutch and kick it into first gear. It may stall out a few times but usually that will free up the clutches. Careful , the bike will lunge foward as yo kick it into gear

When i pull my clutch lever in, it doesnt engage the clutch

First thing is to make sure you don't have motor oil in the engine. Wet clutches and motor oil are not compatible. Use only the oil sold at motor cycle shops. Do that before tearing into the engine or making any radical adjustments. Good Luck -Ned-

1100 wierd clutch disengage problem

Bleed your slave cylinder on the sprocket cover and refill the hydraulic fluid. If you have any leaks you will get air in the system and it will not fully disengage the clutch. As for the 750, they have cable clutches and you just need to adjust the slack of the cable.
