How to install piston/piston ring of suzuki tsr 125?

try wiseco pistons, rings.

HI,,sounds like your plug is fouling,,what pre-mix ratio are you running? and has the carb been played with? run 32-1 premix and remove and clean the carb.

piston and rings are not to blame for this behaviour.

If this is a continuation of an earlier post from you, please read my answer. Another thing to check would be loose connections - not necessarily off, but loosely connected.

There are many different prices depending on if you want original parts or after market. Original pistons and rings are $20-$40.

It looks like Babbitt's has the parts. Pistons and rings are sold in 3 sizes; standard, .020 oversize and .040 oversize. I would suggest you have the cylinder bored and install new piston, rings and needle bearing.

You might want to install new crank bearings and seals as well but that involves an engine teardown. Please rate my answer. Thanks.

get a compression gauge and test the engine compression, since it is old it most likely needs to be bored out and have new piston and rings installed
