Are you sure it is running with the correct plugs? Make certain you are otherwise a plug in the wrong heat range will annhialate a piston on your bike. When you say shutting down do you mean it stops completely or holds back?

as far as i know, yes they should fit. Just check the exhaust port for any restrictor. The only diff between indian models, and UK, would be some anti - pollution gear.

30PSI works best.

Put a fingernail file between the point contacts then press the contact arm down lightly as you move the file in and out. Filing the points gives a new surface to pitted contacts. The standard gap is .015. I assume you have a timing light to set the timing. For parts, try the link below.

Use the factory " YAMALUBE " oil. Engine oil is not a big deal but you can't go wrong if you stick to factory products.
