Hi, underneath the lefthand fairing pannel is a likely candidate, remove pannel this is the same pannel the front indicator is in, you might get it from the infil under the left handlebar, on later models the fusebox is located just above the gearchange lever, hope this helps

You use a funnel and pour it directly into the crank case. usually located lower on the right hand side of most suzuki motorcycles. The cap will twist off and is about the size of a quarter. looks similar to this :
probably a bad fuel pump from sitting same happened with my gsxr. They are expensive bro! But buy new if you can afford it it will save you in the long run
