Your crank bearings are failing. as the engine heats up the gap opens to the alternator and pick-off and the spark fails.
I put in a new crank last winter unknowing the crank was dropped by UPS (I should have checked it) as the bearings wore out over the first month of use the time to fail would be shorter and shorter until it wouldn't run at all. All the time troubleshooting the electrics and replacing all components. Replaced with a warrentied crank / bearings and seals and all is well. I would replace the coil first though, it's cheap and could contribute the same symptoms.
