Are you asking as in oil to fuel, or air to fuel? If oil to fuel I seem to recall that these were oil injected unless the oil injection is failed and you are mixing now or it is a old RM? Please get back with that info and you will get a better answer.

If oil to fuel is the question then 32 to 1 would be good for a newer 2 stroke and if from the 1980's 20 to one. I would be more comfortable if I knew the year before making and certain mix ratio though. You can contact a Suzuki dealer to get the info also... That is if it is not a oil injected model.

Back at one point I recall some 2 stroke with oil injection sprayed the oil so as to increase longevity. Bypassing the injection may not be the best idea although some people, Not Suzuki Techs, state with confidence that bypassing is just fine. While I am a Suzuki trained Tech it has been some years since I worked on them as I went on to Porsche.

I added a link that will answer you if it is about air fuel ratios.

Mikuni tm carb floods bad when I try to kick start my 1991 rm250,pours out the overflow on the bottom of bowl. I iterate, only when kick starting, won't do it as it sits with fuel valve open

Have you checked your valve timing as it sounds like you are putting back pressure in to your inlet valves forcing the fuel through the carb and out the overflow

What is the fuel mixture for a rm250 1993 suzuki please could some one let me know thanks

Never Mix That Much Fuel At One Time. Mix 2 GALS. At Most. 2-Strokes Don't Like Ethanol Fuel. Mix 4 OZ. Synthetic 2- Stroke Oil To 1 GAL. 93 Octane Fuel. Run The Correct AUTO-LITE Or Iridium NGK Plug. Lightly Seat The Air Screw On The Carb Then Turn(CCW) 1 1/2 Turns Out. Never Run With This Screw Less Than 1 Turn (CCW) Out. Make Shure Coolant Level Is Correct. Check The Reeds Ever So Often. When Replacing Use 2-Stage Carbon-Fiber.

Hello there my o2 rm250 has an adjustment on the choke plunger, does it open and close the choke a little more or less, thanks

The choke is basically a chamber with a few drops of fuel in it. When the plunger is moved (via pushing or lifting depending on type) the fuel drops straight into the outlet of the carby throat., effectively dumping straight into inlet manifold a very rich mixture. The adjustments are more to ensure choke is closed tight and under tension when not being used. The link below has an exploded view of the carburetor and the offending parts.
Cheers!
