With the watch in normal time display, press the Mode button 3 times. The watch will seem to still be in normal display, but if you push the Start button (top right), the seconds will reset to 0. Press the Stop button to move through hour, minute, day, etc. Advance the hour or minute or whatever by pressing the Start button. Press Mode again to exit the setting mode.
Most likely it is a 4 button quartz watch and you should be able to follow the instructions on this site.
