Not possible to ID a bike just by serial number. If head badge and decals are missing the bike is not worth much, and you don't need to know brand/model/age to work on it. For more info see my tip How to determine the year value etc of your bicycle
Video about Identifying the Bottom Bracket on a Schwinn IC Pro Bike
This video will help easily determine what kind of bottom bracket you need for your Schwinn IC Pro
You see in the video there are four available
The first one showed is the OEM style bottom bracket, on both ends it is a square tapered shaft bottom bracket
We offer a Sportsmith bottom bracket kit including the crank arms and crank bolts
This is also a square tapered shaft bottom bracket
We also offer two ISIS style bottom brackets
One is a 1 7/8" diameter
The other is 1 3/8" diameter
As you can see in the video these both have a round splined shaft
To identify which ISIS bottom bracket you need you will want to remove the crank arm and measure the hole in the frame that the bottom bracket mounts into
You will have to determine if you need a round splined shaft or a square tapered shaft
If you do need the round splined shaft you will have to know if you need the 1 3/8" or the 1 7/8" diameter bottom bracket
Knowing these things can reduce the frustration of buying the wrong parts and shorten down time greatly
To just replace the mirror glass there are a few different styles, but they all pull off. I suggest you wear gloves and glasses. Get a grip behing the glass and pull out. You should see a round circular bracket in the center. The new mirror just snaps into the bracket. Center new mirror and push evenly in the center of glass until it snaps into place. Dont push in by holding the edges, you'll break it. If you don't see the circle or it comes off with the glass it was too damaged for just glass. Power or manual mirros differ inside, but the mirror replacement is the same. If you mean the entire mirror only, remove door panel. Lower window, remove electrical connector if power, remove 3 bolts attaching mirror to door. Remove.
2 stroke Mx bikes generally have(one or more of) four different methods of checking gearbox oil level.
The most common way to know is it is usually stamped on the clutch cover near the oil filler plug. It will read in CC's. 1cc equils 1ml. Sometimes they have an oil dipstick attatched to the filler plug. They have two lines on them. The bottom line is the lower level, the upper line is the full level.
The third style is an oil window situated at the bottom rear of the clutch cover, again with a high & low mark.
The fourth style is a bolt or screw on the clutch cover(with a alloy/copper/fibre washer behind it. For this type you remove the screw & fill thec gearbox untill oil starts to leak out of it with the bike upright.
Your bike will have one or more of these oil level checking systems.
If your totally unsure, ask your KTM dealer.
Hope this helps

Door mirrors on chevrolets tend to be model and year specific. the auto recycler can tell you for sure since most carry a book which shows what parts will interchange with what car.
Everything but the catalytic converter. I live in TN, the emissions test that I have to pass is a sniffer test. I have absolutely no emissions controls on my car, but when it comes time to pass emissions , i bolt the converter back on. Does fine.
