99 sunfire no drl and only left highbeam works.replaced the relay and put in new bulbs.low beams work but as soon as i turn on highbeams the right light dosent work

it might the wiring harness. the wiring harness is a common problem for the sunfires. GM nows about this and put out a service bulletin but it is not a recall and is not covered under warranty.

My low beams don't work but my highbeams do?

replace the bulb, highbeam and lowbeam use different filaments (on the same bulb) and lowbeam get used much more hence blow first 99% of the time leaving only a working set of highbeams

My left headlight highbeam light works and the lowbeam don't why

the filament on the low beam burnt out. but the high beam didn't. You have a filament for each. 1 for high beam and 1 for low beam in the same light bulb. You need a new head light.

Highbeam headlights work but no low beam, it is not the switch........?

Check voltage at the circuit box and test the high/low dimmer switch. Corrosion on a ground wire could also be the problem.
