the heat from the bulb being continiuosly on may have melted a wire inside your headlight?

It looks like there may be some loose wire connection. Or it may be due to carbon brush probelm. We at Inno Concepts or any of our dealers can diagnose and fix the problem for a reasonable cost. Please contact us at 770-594-1815 or send us an email with all the details to [email protected]
For grinding hard vegetables, use thinner pieces not more than 1/2" in any dimension.

If you're lucky it might be the Sensor. This is located in the top of the gearbox casing just below the starter. This is a hall effect device and as such is magnetic. It can pick up metal fragments from inside the gearbox. Its held in by a single screw. It can be a bit fiddly to remove. Take it out and remove any debris from the magnetic body.
If not the sensor, then it would probably be best to substitute in a working speedo. Be careful though because the speedo post 2004 is not compatible (after that the bike has a computer). Make sure any replacement speedo is 1995 to 2003.

Your camera may be faulty. Or you might not be "in focus". The D90 in any of the auto modes won't take a picture if the 'in-focus indicator' isn't on. If that indicator is blinking, then it means that it is not able to focus on the subject. It's all in the user manual.
