Is the plug wet with fuel if so are u getting a hissof air from exhaust or airbox when kicking indicating ur valvve timing way off possible camchain jumped tooth are u running factory adjuster forcamchain ifnot working chain may be slack or just worn resulting in jumped tooth manual tensioner best replacement you could have a bent valvevor valves inspect valves check timing chain sprockets marks line up as in manual count links to see if ok if not head will have to come off see what poss damage could be
Couple of things, is the mechanical timing correct? If so then the valve lash is isn't set right

sounds like your carb float has stuck and letting the fuel overflow, remove float bowl or carb clean check if the float has a leak shake it and you will hear fuel inside , refit and check

If plugs are dry then blocked idle jets are the most likely problem...
