To remove a 2011 VRSCDX rear fender FIRST remove the main fuse under the right side cover first, then remove the tail light open the seat, remove the seat pillion, remove the fasteners and the passenger pillion, remove the electrical caddy and the six fasteners and the washers from the fender, remove the fender from the inner fender by lifting upward and sliding the fender back, remove the inner fender by removing the rear shocks and fasteners.

And tighten them to 20-26 Nm (15-19 ft-lbs), install the main fuse, install the right side cover and ensure that the headlamp, tail lights and stop lamp and turn signals are operating properly.

I don't know about your 04 Sporty but the earlier models used a 5/16 X 18 nut on the backside. No special tools necessary if you remove the rear wheel.

Where could I find the size of the axle of the

A call to the local harly shop would be sufficient but I think they've all went to 1" by now. The best way to tell is to measure the axle in your bike. Take the rear axle nut off and tap the axle out the other side just far enough to measure the diameter with a caliper. Once done, tap the axle back in and retorque the nut to 50 Foot pounds.

How to pull out a car rear fender

If you mean "remove a rear fender" ... you can't. The rear fenders are part of the unibody construction. They are part of the "main" body.
You have to "cut" the fender off.

If you mean "pull out a big dent" in a rear fender, then use a "knocker" and a set of special double-head hammers and dollies. ... and putty ... and sandpaper ... and primer ...

Sorry ... hope this helps!
