SOURCE: 2002 kawasaki ninja 250 motor on ATV need wiring help

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

To my knowledge, there would only be 3 wires needed from the handlebars that affects the engine:

  • engine RUN/OFF;
  • clutch ENGAGED;
  • engine START.
The first 2 would go to the interlock plus the neutral wire and the sidestand wire. The interlock then sends signals that starter motor can turn and that CDI can fire.

As to the ignition coil, 1 wire is IGN B+12 while the other would go to the CDI and should pulsate when cranking or engine running.

Good luck and thank you for using FixYa.

SOURCE: need to change oil in kawasaki ninja 250r.how many

when you see the velly of the bike, you could find big hole cap which is oil filter. Take it off and replace it. Next to the cap, there is a bolt same size as the cap bolt which is oil tank cap bolt. When you screw the bolt, the oil will plow out. Let it plow untill done. Put the bolt back when it empty. Right side of the bike and middle of the foot fade, you could find a refill cap. Replace oil untill the oil fill up enough. Back side of foot fade, There is a oil check. Between full and poor would be fine.

SOURCE: I need to know the fork oil capacity for a Kawasaki GPZ750

the oil is SAE10W20 and you must put 325 ccm if you change the oil, and if you let it all drain over night 380 ccm (plus or minus 4ccm). After that, mesure the level in each cilinder of the fork. In the left one, you must have 120mm (plus or minus 2mm) of air left in the cilinder, and in the right one, 149 mm (plus or minus 2mm) .
Hope this helps. Try getting a repair manual. You will find all the answers there.
Best regards, Gabyshor.

SOURCE: I need a 2001 kawasaki ninja 250r free repair

I still haven't seen "free" manuals. Clymer, Hayes are good, and look on E-Bay for used ones, but the Factory ones are the best.

How do i change a GPZ500s fork oil

You don't just top it up... replacing the oil consists of removing the forks, disassembly, cleaning, filling with an exact measured amount of the correct weight of fork oil, reassembly, reinstallation.
Doesn't sound like it's a job you should tackle - seeing as how you don't know where the oil goes, and all.
