these are usually fit into a locking groove pocket alot like your throttle cable would attach the the mechanism on the throttle body. sometimes they are pressed in ain manufacturing and once broke you will need to replace the complete manual regulator, most have a white nylon plastic type material that the cable rides against as well and these usually get brittle with time and end up breaking or cracking causing the regulator to function inproper or not at all.
The same thing happened to my '04 XUV. Discovered broken white nylon/plastic that retains the end of the lift cable. Ordered a new lift gate motor/mechanism assembly ($250) online and replaced it myself. Be sure to buy a new limit switch ($13) also. I did not and regretted it because you must remove the old limit switch from the old motor assembly so you can re-assemble it to the new motor assembly. While removing the old switch from the old assembly, I broke it. Had to then order a new switch. The cost to ship the switch separately was more than the switch. The whole thing did not really take that long and was surprisingly easy. It works great now.
You got a broken plastic parts of your window riser, and that's the cause of derailment. If you can find the broken part, use dual epoxy to bind them.Align the nylon teeth on the gears....If the nylon gears and teeths were broken then you have to replace the whole part.
THE ANTENNA MAST DRIVE CABLE IS BROKEN, EITHER REPLACE THE ANTENNA OR THE DRIVE CABLE, CALL THE DEALER TO SEE IF A ANTENNA MAST KIT IS AVALIABLE FOR YOUR CAR, MUCH CHEAPER THAN A WHOLE NEW ANTENNA..
It sounds like the Regulator is broken and needs to be replaced. Below is a picture of how the glass attaches to the regulator. Note the gold colored clip in the back that holds the glass to the regulator. IF the plastic piece that broke is the WHITE piece in the picture (yours may be black) then it is part of the regulator.
(the black piece in the picture is part of the glass)
here is a diagram of your door glass / regulator.
Hope this helps
