try repairmanualclub.com they have several manuals for free download they may have yours i found one there before for a 1981 gs550

SOURCE: Can you use a lock set from a 1980 GS 750 on a 198...

seat lock yes, ignition lock if it fits in the hole ,you'll have to get a wiring diagram on line and match the wires by what they operate,if your really lucky wires run the same stuff and are the same color.
