Yamaha raptor 200 660 runs but wont move. i was riding and stopped to smoke. i went to ride again and it started up fine.but it wont move more then 2 mph on flat land. what could of broke?

sounds like the rings are fried and needs a new piston and rings.. for an 80 there about 110 bucks for the whole kit

Sounds like regulator/rectifier, stator, or charging rotor.

This is the order in which you should check the following

1. Check fuses(If all are good,Continue down the list)
2. Check for power from the stator while turning the engine over(If you have power continue down the list)
3. Check coil (Check voltage input while turning engine over)(if no voltage continue down the list)
4. Check CDI (The only way to test is to try on another atv of the same year and model)

your float valve in your carb is stuck open is your oil milky or smell like gas? if not your engine vent is clogged making your oil build up let me know if your oil is milky or smells like gas and i will walk u through fixing it

Same happended to me with exactly the same motorcycle... I solved the provblem by replacing the crankshaft oil seal on the rightside of the crankcase. It solved the problem immediatly!
