This could be caused by many things and there's not enough info to help you out. It could be fuel related or ignition related. Start by verifying adequate fuel pressure. If that is OK it is likely an electrical issue, check the cam position sensor.

SOURCE: 03 harley sportster, hooked up new led turn

The load on the LED lamps is too low for the turn signal control box. there is an equilizer box available you have to put in line with the signals to get the load back to where it needs to be.
In it's current condition it beleives a light is burnt out.
you can get the device at your local dealer or on line .

SOURCE: while riding all lights started to flash engine run erratic bike died of death bike will not start

Start with charging and load testing the battery. Then test the stator, to test the stator on the bottom of the right down tube is the plug that goes from the stator to the voltage regulator. With a multi meter, read the voltage from the stator, I forget the exact values but as you rev the motor the voltage should climb if it dosn't your stator is bad. If the stator is good take a reading again with the motor running at the battery cables, again I forget the exact value but you should have a steady reading at the battery, if it isn't and fluctuates it is bad.

SOURCE: bike won`t start.

Your Crank Position Sensor, or Cam Position Sensor is likely to be the problem. If there is no signal from crank position sensor, bike will not fire the coil. ECM has no referance to position of motor. Making timing imposible.

SOURCE: bike won't start, new Harley

I'm not too familiar with the later model bikes but if I were getting a clicking noise under the seat and the bike was not starting, I'd investigate the source of the noise. It's possible that it is a starter relay that engages the solenoid that is an integral part of the starter. Look at the starter from the right hand side of your bike. You'll see a single small wire that connects to the end of the starter just above the end plate of the solenoid. Disconnect this wire and connect a test light or volt meter to the wire. Turn on your ignition switch and press the start button. You should hear the click under the seat and see voltage at the end of that wire. If not, replace the relay, a plastic cube about an inch in dimension.

Good Luck
Steve

2000 Harley-Davidson FLHR/FLHRI Road King. It ran great no problem but leaking fuel line. I replaced with new fuel line but now won't start?

Question edited for a lot more clarity, plus typos.
Question moved from 'Gas Motorcycles' to model category.

You need to track the buzzing, but these come in either carburetor or Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI) My guess is that yours is fuel injected and the buzzing is the fuel pump relay.

Harley davidson road king 2000 flhr new battery fitted, new spark plugs. bike will crank over but will not start

Don't ding me on this response, (it's happened to me) is the run switch turned off, it's the first switch on the right handlebar.
I'm assuming it was running prior to doing your maintenance.
