Behind the Headlight, in the headlight casing.

although you can cancel the left turn signal there you could still have a faulty switch which is not turning on the right side signals

also have you checked to see if the bulbs are bad, as sometimes a short can blow both front and rear bulbs

sounds like turn signal switch, but check the gound for the problem bulb first.

Yes, when the system senses an open, like a burned out or missing lamp, it glows solid as a warning. As long as they didn't remove the flasher and circuitry, you should be able to make it work right.

The 1997 Sporty did not use a turn signal flasher unit. It uses a turn signal control module instead. This module controls all turn signals and four way flasher. It also performs the "cancelling" function once the time limit has run out on the flashing process. It's a "black box" about 1 1/2 inch wide by 3 inches long by about a 1/2 inch thick. Check all the grounds for the running lights

you have a bad bulb the hazards work off the brake light side of the dual fillament in the rear bulbs change the right rear turn bulb and all should be good if not look under the seat for a pinched wire

You should check the bulbs first. Front and rear, park,brake and turn signals. I think you will find there is either a bad bulb or possibly a faulty socket. If those are fine it may be a flasher problem. You can find the flasher by turning the signal switch to the side that works with the key on and find the clicking flasher. Good luck!!!
