My derbi wont start no matter i kick or jumpstart it. it worked before the winter and now it is leaking gas too. please help me out

Remove carb and clean the jets etc and replace the fuel as it will be bad !! new plug be good !

    and my gas was yellow.. oil. is it suppose to be like that?

    fuel can be yellow , blue , green ! put a small drop of your fuel in a clean cup and light it carefully ! if you cant light it then its bad or its diesl fuel ! Quick fuel test !!!

    i did what u said an it lit up, but quickly stops burning.. and i cleaned the carb and the air filter. new gas and the spark plug works. Everything is looks fine but i cant start it...

    an i know there is oil in there, i could taste it when i drained the tak.

check your spark plug to see if you have a spark if not check your spark plug cap to see if that id the reason and if its not that check your ht lead dowt it will be that but its possible then check your coil to see if theres any power coming from that .
2nd... you might be starving it from petrol remove your carb and clean it all out remove your jets and blow them to get a dirt out that is in them , then remove your petrol pipes and clean them out to prevent any blockege
