Remove the carb then the float bowl and clean the carb. The pilot jet is plugged up. From a lightly seated position, the screws open up one and one half turns.

Just get it tune-up to top spec, use synthetic oil, racing clutch pack and then adjust the carb a little more on the rich side. Good?
