How to wire your 2007 FLHTC after you change your handle bars to Ape Hangers

Either measure it with a tape measure or measure the standard bars then the height difference with you apes and add that to the standard cable length

Check to make sure the wire is not pinched or the button is not engaged. I had the same problem when installing my T-Bars and found that the wire was pinched when installing the controls. Hope this helps

go to the harley dealer near you and explain your problem, I don't know if they still have them, but you could used to get the top clamp for after market bars that had a smaller diameter, they weren't that much and bolted right on,

pull wire from battery...Remove the grips .unbolt the controlls clutch & throttle then when bars are bare unbolt from risers

Try looking up Powersprtseast.com They have a parts fische you can use and though not in color itself may have colors labled on diagram for wiring harness.
