2006 Honda CBR 125 R headlights flicker while driving

Some time back I found some data on a similar website suggesting that the Day Light Running circuit board, just under the steering column, developed cracks in some of the soldered joints. Your high beams should also be affected with loss of day light running lights.
Resoldering repaired the continuity of the circuits. Ours is now working quite reliably. Some of the defective areas developed slight brownish discoloration, that's how I was told to recognise the areas to be resoldered. Hope this will help you solve your problem.

sounds like you have a voltage regulator problem which is in the alternator, not changable. would recommend taking it to a battery store and have them do a load test. more and likely you need a new alternator

For a complete electrical failure, foremost to check would be the main 30 Amps fuse and its fuse holder. On most versions, this would be located/integrated with the starter relay. To locate the starter relay, follow the big cable from the battery's + terminal. This is of course after checking battery terminals / connectors to be clean and tight.

You need to see what voltage is at your battery at an idle, with a meter first.

SOURCE: headlights will not come on and it will not start.

sounds like you have no connection at a major junction block in your wiring that will be running to you ignition and kill switch.. Look for a green (corroded) or loose connection. Also first would clean all battery connection!
