Does anyone have a Vaccum hose diagram for a 1995 Kawasaki ZX6R?

I bought a project bike that had the tank and air box removed and I can't seem to find out where the vacuum lines go.

The previous owner plugged one hose with a bolt. In addition I see two of the same size tubes from the tank and I am bit confused.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

One of these pipes is for overflow gas.You just route it downwards. For the other one I need more info. Some bikes have a second overflow tube tha collects the water near the gas cap on the gas tank and goes the same way like the other one.Blow in them from the loose end having them attached to the tank and see what happens.

Where is the air filter on a 1995 kawasaki ninja zx6r

Hello
The air filter on this bike is under the fuel tank, you will have to remove the seat and there will find the bolt holding the tank down, once this bolt is removed the tank will then just lift up.
Thanks

I have a Kawasaki Ninja, ZX6r, 1997 F3. The bike starts great and rev's great when standing. At high rev's its as sweet as a nut. The problem seems to be when riding the bike and the revs are below 4,000....

There are adjustments on carbs for low speed air intake (air mixture screw)find out factory settings and reset that mixture.Sounds to me like those adjustments are out of sink.If so the bike will run very bad from idle to about 1/4 throttle then run great from there up to full throttle.this definitly sounds like carb problem.

96 Ninja zx6r Fuel Tank breather hose leaking gas

It sounds like that hose which runs fron the cap area (inside) the fuel tank to the back bottom is broke, if you take it to a Kawasaki dealer and have your dealer call Kawasaki there is a good chance it will get covered as long as the tank is damaged. Those hoses (metal) that run inside the fuel tak sometimes crack, there is really not way of fixing them unless you cut the tank open and then you would need to reweld it.

My '02 zx6r has oil in the air filter box. I found the vent tube from the engine/ transmission was spraying oil into the air box. Even before the oil would spew the engine would die when the hose was...

it sounds like there is to much oil in the engine the same thing happened to my zx6r, hold the bike upright on level ground then check oil level on the glass viewing window which is on the right hand side of engine, you should see oil level between the low and high marks, if level is above top line you will need to drain some oil out by undoing sump bolt or using a siphon, when ever checking oil level bike needs to be upright on levelish ground some people check oil levels when bike is on side stand which is wrong as it shows oil level as low when in-fact its probably right
