Click means solenoid has enough battery power but maybe not enough battery power for the armature of the starter to spin, it may be low battery or bad solenoid contact - inside it, (copper washer and pin), or thirdly it may be the engine is stuck so try to turn it a bit by hand to rule this out. Turning the engine a bit by hand may also free a starter gear that has jammed on the flywheel teeth.
Did you charge the battery while stick conected to the mower? you may have blown the fuse that comes of the solanoid that will cut all power off usually founf under steering compartment
Replace the battery. Even though the battery may say it's good, it doesn't have enough of cranking amps. Go purchase a battery with 350 cranking amps. This will fix your problem. The battery power isn't enough to kick the starter completely up to turn the engine.
is it an electrical problem or is motor seized see if you can turn engine by hand check fuse brand of engine modle type etc would help
