No Pressure in Clutch Lever on my Honda CRF450R after I changed the clutch plates. I would like to know if this clutch on my CRF 450 R is a hydrilic assisted or strictly cable activated. If it is hydrlic how do I bleed the system.

If it has a hydraulic reservior then it's all hydraulic. I would suspect you left something out like the proper number of steels and frictions. Or the rod or the... might also take a minute or two and bleed the system

I just changed teh clutch plates on my Honda CFR450R and now I do not have any action in my clutch lever. Is this clutch hyro assisted. If it is where can I bleed the air our and get my clutch lever...

If it has a clutch cable and not a pipe then you need to look at clutch assembly ,cause it could be that the clutch plate is put the wrong way in,thus not putting pressure on pressure plate or pressure plate is shot and needs to be replaced. If it is Hydro then it will have an hydro pipe and a container for brake fluid level

INSTRUCTIONS ON CHANGING THE CLUTCH ON A CRF450R 2005

Drain the gearbox oil. Remove the right side case cover. Remove the bolts and springs. Remove the center hub nut after bending the holder clip on the nut out of the way. Note the sequence of parts in the diagram. Inspect the bearings highlighted in green. Inspect the clutch push rod (in yellow). Roll it on a flat surface to see if it is straight or slightly bent. Note that the first and last plates in the clutch are fiber friction plates. A metal pressure plate goes in-between each friction plate. Parts 17 and 18 are replaced with 23 and 24. Put the lock washer #24 next to the nut.

Use 10w40 motor oil in the gear box. Don't use any synthetic oils, oil marked "EC", or oil with "special" additives. Stick with the major brands; Pennzoil, Quaker State, Mobil or Shell. If in a hot area like Texas or New Mexico go with 20w50.
