You must unscrew the top yoke from the front system and turn it upside down to unscrew the bolts that holds the lock on the yoke.Perhaps the bolts need a hammer and something pointy (with sharp end) cause usually they are headless and you cannot use any tool.After that you should take it to the locksmith and you should not try to disassemble the lock itself.It is very sensitive and you can easily damage it or loose something from it.

You could try calling Suzuki dealership with chassis / frame number they should be able to source replacement key.
