Sounds like you need a new fuel pump. They do go bad on them.

Some early 2008 models have issues with the Idle Air Control motor that can cause those symptoms. This would be covered for replacement under warranty.

These symptoms could also be an intake leak.

what do you mean "very cold collard"?
Do you mean the radiator's pipes does not warm up?
If that is the problem you must check the thermostat valve.

Remove the front fender and wheel, this should let you know if one or both are seized up. you may have bent a tube causing it to bind, or perhaps the spring collasped. Once you determine if it is one or both, you can tear down the offending side and repair or replace as needed.

not just a vibration but more of a shake at 1500 to 1700 rpm. Is this just life with a Buell or should it be checked out?These bikes are known to shake alot at idle. Check if your tires properly balanced.,,
