HI i have a 125 cf moto e-charm 4 stroke water cooled scooter. it was running great and one morning it wouldnt start so i checked the battery and it was fully charged so i figured it must be the spark plug so i put a new one in and nothing so i was told to put my spark plug on my frame to see if it has a spark and it dosnt my ht cable is connected to my coil btw and i was wondering why will my spark plug not spark for? i also have a alarm fitted on the scooter and was wondering if it is imobilised. just so you know the scooter tries to start but just wont it turns over but just no luck i have also tried my side stand kill switch any info would be great FYI i dont know much about these sorta things

have you checked your air filter. If its dirty wash out with air filter cleaner or petrol and replace.

Sound like a fuel problem.drain gas from gas tank and carb.you may have to take off the carb and clean it .If it is fuel injection they will have to be clean to.This will happon when a bike set that long

I would check for compression on the cylinders. a engine has to have fuel,fire and compression or it wont run. Check the specs to get the operable compression levels.
