Is your bike all stock? how many miles on it? sounds like a carb issue. try draining float bowls into clear container so you can see what came out.(water dirt etc)

did you run needle in the jet while you where clean carbs?? as you need to remove the air fuel screw if didn't already. spary carb in the air fuel screw hole and make sure it come out the pilot hole and in the carb mouth. i have lint from a rag block a pilot jet before to. and yes sycnhonieing the carb will help after you get all 4 holes banging.

hi mate check to make sure the head bolts are all tight and the carbs are all tight against the cylinder i know what is happening its drawing in air from somewhere as the metal gets hot then it starts to expand also all caps on top for the throttle sleeves make sure there tight and spark plugs are tight
very important to check valve clearance and have it run on a dyno to see if jetting and power is were it should be. I could refer you to a shop if I knew were you live.
Make sure your vent in the gas tank is not stop up.Make sure your fuel punp is putting out the right amount of fuel .You can check the vent by taking off gas cap But make sure you only have about half tank of gas.When it stard to dothat; put your choke on If it run better you know it in the gas.My vt1100 did that with me and come to find out it was in the carb.But you need to check these thing befor you go to carb along with checking your gas filter.Hope this help you
